All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped out. You are advised to contact us within 12 hours or sonner for your paid order which needs a change or cancellation. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, we are sorry that your order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Exchange & refunds:
For any reason if you are not satisfied with the purchase within 45 days upon order delivery, please send us your order detail (with problems specified) to our email address: Support@lnkerco.com, If the problem of your order is not the responsibility of your part after confirmation, we will refund or resend a new replacement free of charge within 24 hours time.
All refunds for returns, order cancellations, missing & defective orders will be issued within 2 business days upon confirmation, the refund will be sent back to your original order-paid account.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please contact us if the refund is not posted in your account after 1 week’s time.
We offer an extensive 45-day return policy upon order delivery with following requirements:
1. You MUST contact us at email@example.com first for a return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. You’ll also be informed if your return request is rejected.
2. Your item must be in the same condition asyou received it, unworn or only slightly used, and in its original packaging.
3. It’s the responsibility of our customers to pay the shipping for returns. We will refund returned orders with the original shipping fee deducted.
Missing orders (failed to delivery within 1 month) and defective orders will be refund in full amount.
