We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified and confirmed. In case you need to cancel or make a change on your order, please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours as we normally process orders and ship them out within 1 business day. Nevertheless, we will try our best to communicate with you for a solution in the best interest of your order cancellation or change.
How do you ship packages?
We offer worldwide free shipping on orders above $75.00. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped via UPS/DHL or Yuntu shipping services according to your choice of speed of the shipping method.
What regions/countries do you ship to?
Please note: We ship to the contiguous United States only with APO/FPO address excluded.
Note: the shipping services are not stable in some countries during this special period, thus may cause some delay. Please allow us to take more of your patience and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Do we provide tracking information?
Yes, when your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number, shipping method, and a link to the tracking site.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information updated in its logistic system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
In consideration of a safe delivery of your order, sometimes, your items will be shipped in separate packages if any of it contains a battery than others even if you've specified combined shipping. In short, we ship non-battery and battery contained products via different shipping methods.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees or other extra fees when they arrive to your place.
We do not accept freight forwarder addresses. If an order is made with freight forwarders address and failed to delivery, we will not compensate or perform any order replacements.
