Where do you ship my order from?
We are based in Shenzhen, China. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen City at this stage, we look to set up our overseas warehouse in the future when it is necessary.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only 1-2 business day time duration from when you place your order to when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away or no later than 12 hours after ordering, via support@lnkerco.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed and shipped.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at support@lnkerco.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
Why has my order been canceled?
We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible no later than in 2 business days.

Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 1 BUSINESS day (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, for very rare cases of unexpected situation occurences, orders may take a bit longer to process, we’d appreciate your patience! Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box address?
You can! Unlike many other online sellers, we offer the shipping service to P.O Boxes addresses as well. But we don't ship to APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico of the United States.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
In consideration of a safe delivery of your order, sometimes, your order will be shipped in separate packages if any of it contains a battery than others even if you've specified combined shipping.

Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 2 business days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 7 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We expect a return arrives at our given address no later than 45 days. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email.
